TED ED Video

Today in class we looked a really cool TED ED video.  They talked about the population and its growth.  But what mostly was talked about was a population pyramid.  A population pyramid is a graph like representation that shows a few things.  It is divided in to two parts and three sections.  It is dived between make and female.  Then it is divided in three sections called pre-reproduction, reproduction, and post-reproduction.  Pre-reproduction is through ages 0-14.  Reproduction is age group though 15-44.  Post reproduction is from 45-100+.  If the pre-reproduction group has a huge majority of people compared to the very little amount in the other groups it is most likely that the population is rising very fast.  If there is very little people in the 0-14 range there is a good chance that the population is decreasing.  TED is really great.  I like to watch their TED talks from the people I really like.
